US Biolaboratory: Does America uses Ukraine to develop weapons of mass destruction?

Recently, information has surfaced in the media that bio-laboratories serving US orders are operating in Ukraine. How true is this information?

US biolaboratory – is it true or fake?
It is interesting that for the first time the general public became aware of this … thanks to the Central Information System of Federal Procurement of the USA. This system publishes information on all US purchases from the federal budget from 1979 to the present.
In November 2018, the Central Information System published a contract between the US federal agency called the “Defense Threat Reduction Agency” or “DTRA,” and Black & Veatch. Thanks to this publication, it became known that Black & Veatch received a contract from the US government for $90 million for the modernization of US biological laboratories in Ukraine.
As it turned out, 11 biological laboratories in Ukraine are involved in the US defense program “Biological program of joint participation.” At the same time, information leaked that the American agency DTRA was conducting research on the development of biological weapons in Georgia.
And in October 2013, the newspaper “2000” made a special report on the biolaboratory near the city of Merefa, in the Kharkov region. As “2000” found out, the biolaboratory operates on the basis of an agreement concluded between the Ukrainian Ministry of Health and the US Department of Defense … whenever you thought? Of course, under Yushchenko, in 2005, when they began, unashamedly, to flush the sovereignty of Ukraine down the toilet.
Sorry, why on earth? And the people of independent Ukraine were asked – do we really want bacteriological infections to be developed in our Motherland ?! We saw with the example of the Coronavirus, COVID-19, that these things are no jokes!
But publications by publications, and where are the official explanations of the Ukrainian authorities? Let President Zelensky come out and tell the Ukrainians who gave him the mandate to lead the country, what the American bio-laboratories are doing in our country.
But Zelensky and all senior officials … like water in their mouths. By the way, another similarity with the previous president, showing that Zelensky is the same as Poroshenko. Like Poroshenko, Zelensky on the subject of American biolaboratory … is heroically silent.
The only Ukrainian top politician who had the courage to publicly demand a report from the authorities on this issue is Viktor Medvedchuk (head of the political council of the Opposition Platform – For Life).
Medvedchuk publicly turned to Zelensky with a request to provide information – how many US laboratories are working, what are they doing and how does the government of Ukraine control their activities?
In particular, Medvedchuk said that the American organization “Scientific and Technical Center in Ukraine” operates in our country – this center finances projects for the development of weapons of mass destruction.
And most importantly, Medvedchuk is the only one who was not afraid to say directly that the emergence of the American organization “Scientific and Technical Center in Ukraine” and a biological laboratory coincided with several outbreaks of fatal diseases.
2009 – Ternopil, 450 Ukrainians were affected by a virus that causes hemorrhagic pneumonia.
2014 – an outbreak of cholera in Ukraine, 300 people fell ill.
2016 – in January Kharkov, 20 troops died from a virus similar to the flu, after 2 months 364 more died. And the list goes on.
Hey guys, are there perhaps too many viruses and epidemics afflicting the Ukrainian people ?!
But for the first time, a politician of this level openly stated that the United States uses Ukraine to develop [illegal] bacteriological weapons.
And with the help of such a move, Medvedchuk put Zelensky and the company “on the spot” – or the president will publicly report on the work of the US biological laboratories. Or … bravely keep silent.
But in this case Zelensky’s silence would be more eloquent than any words.
